Sharingan Rules
One-Tomoe
Allows a 150(instead of just 100) word count deduction to training post when working with someone who already knows the jutsu - 750 word training post(start with if you create a genin uchiha)
Two-Tomoe
Allows a 200(instead of just 100) word count deduction to training post when working with someone who already knows the jutsu - 1000 word training post(start with if you create a chuuin uchiha)
Three-Tomoe
Allows a 300(instead of just 100) word count deduction to training post when working with someone who already knows the jutsu - 1250 word training post(start with if you create a jounin uchiha)

Transplanted Sharingan
A dieing uchiha can give a friend one of his Sharingan eyes. The sharingan eye will remain at what ever tomoe lvl the person who had it origionally had. Unless its a mangekyou eye - then it will remain at a three tomoe state.

If you steal a sharingan eye from a person you defeat in battle regardless of what level the eye was at it will automatically become a three tomoe sharingan.

To force your transplanted sharingan into a Mangekyou state you must do three training topics each with 3000 words in them. Two of those will be you unlocking the MS the third learning to deactivate it. A fourth 3000 RP topic must be done in order to learn a custom MS jutsu.
One Tomoe - 125 words deducted from needed jutsu training post with a teacher
Two Tomoe - 150 words deducted from needed jutsu training post with a teacher
Three Tomoe - 200 words deducted from needed jutsu training post with a teacher

Mangekyou Rules
Mangekyou Sharingan; Allows three MS jutsu one for each eye(Ninjutsu and genjutsu) then a defense jutsu that effects both eyes. - must witness a death of someone close to you(must be a real player) or a 3500 word training topic to unlock. -An admin will randomly pop into one of your RP's one day to tell you that your blind-

Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan; keeps you from going blind. - must have Master MS - must take another uchiha's MS eyes. Only two EMS will be allowed, one gained through RP and one purchased.


Mangekyou Jutsu
No one is allowed to use any of Itachi's or Kakashi's MS jutsu, all jutsu must be custom made.

Rinnegan Rules-These rules are subject to change if we think they need to-
Natural Born

• Allows the user to gain all five elements through simple training(2 training posts with 250 words per).
  
• Allows the user to gain access to the jutsu Shinra Tensei, Banshō Ten'in, and Chibaku Tensei
  
• Allows the user to gain six custom or canon paths.(meaning they can have the canon or custom skills). -Paths can be gained in 500 word self RPs-
  
• Can see chakra to a point beyond the sharingan and bykaugan.
  
• Jutsu count cut by 60%
  
• Learning advanced elements becomes more difficult adding 50 words to each needed training post

One transplanted eye

• Allows the user to gain two new basic elements through simple training(2 training posts at 300 words per)
  
• Allows the user to gain access to the jutsu Shinra Tensei
  
• Jutsu word count cut by 15%
  
• Allows the user to gain access to one "Rinnengan Summoning" which means one summoning with "Rinnengan eyes" which the user can see out of as if they where there own.

Two transplanted eyes

• Allows the user to gain three new basic elements through simple training(2 training posts at 300 words per)
  
• Allows the user to gain access to the jutsu Shinra Tensei and Banshō Ten'in
  
• Jutsu word count cost by 30%
  
• Allows the user to gain two paths; Deva and Animal -Both paths must be gained in a 750 word self RP-
  
• Learning advanced elements becomes more difficult adding 50 words to each needed training post

Important:
In the use of the "paths" the true body can only fight along side of two paths, once more then two paths have been released the "true body" must be at the highest place in the area using the Summoning: Demonic Statue of the Outer Path to release chakra to the paths in use.

The only way out of this is if you are to come up with a realistic way for you and your paths to share your chakra while you are all in action, this must be approved by Myself, Kai, Kyo, or Naito.

Paths
All paths must be added to your Jutsu/Skills topic, with a bit of information on them; things like appearance and skills.
