Appearance:

Meian is generally seen wearing an almost blood red, thin reversable "flame retardent" sports jacket with navy blue stripes. He wears a light navy blue track pants with red stripes on the sides. His shoes are a pair of light weight running shoes with some amount of grip for traction on slippery surfaces such as ice.They are of blood red coloring with dark blue soles. The traditional headband of the village he resides is located on his fore head the plating of it is shifted a little to the right so that it doesn't look plain on him.

WHY? are the colors red and blue chosen? Its simple the color "Black" creates a silhoutte that could make someone visable at night.

Meian's hair texture is jet black with small tints of crimson in it.
[At Academy Rank] The hair is combed to be short and spikey with trimmed styled side burns. [At Chunnin] The length will be cut off at his shoulders as the width is just enough to shape his face.

Personality:A carefree student that makes the world his playground. He is also mysterious and arrogant to some degree due to his pride. He is a somewhat quiet mastermind and an absolute trickster when he chooses to be.

Likes:Exploring,Fighting, Girls about his age and older; Most kinds food except vegetables, and sweets [However, there are some that he can manage to stomach] Pranking Tourist and Civilians.

Dislikes:Being bullied, Toyed with, People far more arrogant than he is and Pointless Missions.

Combat Strengths: He relies heavily on Speed, Stamina (Cardio), Intellect and Defense.

Weaknesses: Earlier on it would be shown to be his "emotions" towards the one's he decides to protect ...

Due to his size, he also lacks a certain amount of strength to pack a severe hard hitting punch, so he has to tire out his opponent before using his speed before overwhelming them with a harsh onslaught of attacks.

Equipment: He's armed with 4x kunai needing only 2 in the first place, twin nickel plated [brass nuckles], and 20x 6 star pointed shuriken. His speed resisting Ankle weights could be accounted for if one is hit by them. If necessary these will be removed to enchance speed his.

His items are stored within a pouch on his right thigh and in a thick flak jacket he would wear beneath his sports jacket.

His hands would be gloved in a rubbery navy blue elastic substance that could stretch over his fingers to reduce someone's lightning attacks a bit. Most of the time he just leaves his fingers exposed. On the back of his palms small non-metallic plates guard him from suffering cuts if used properly.

Weapon(s): Three four inch non-metallic baton sized poles. These poles are actually hilts containing versatile weapons. One being the beholder of ancestral replica blade resembling the Kusanagi, except this one's enchanted with a gilded gold trim circut (a great electricity conductor) and hollowed wood ( eliminates vibrations, weight to suit stance) with a spring loaded chamber within the hilt (extends reach of the sword).T his would be located across his back.

The other two batons are connected by separable links to form "Retractable Spiked Nunchukus". Which are positioned in a leather strap on the left side of his waist.

~Background Story:

Age: 0-9

Meian was born into the ninja world as an Uchiha. The child secretly belonged to Itachi and his significant other prior to the massacre of the majority of the Uchiha clan. The new born was given to the mother and lead far away from diaster that later after 4 years had gone by, fell upon Konoha's Military Police Force.

Madara had never known of Meian's existance since the escape was carefully planned out before his arrival. Itachi wanted this child to be one of peace, a pacifist that didn't succumb to the clan's dark resume of being destined to cause nothing, but calamity. At the same time he had to try to discourage his younger brother Sasuke to not be swayed by power.He knew that the plan could go either way and may end with him being dying either at Sasuke's hand or of something else.

So he wasn't around in Meian's life at all. Meian was raised and home schooled by his mother at the early age of 3. Meian's mother whom was smart, clairvoyant, and a tough fighter. She implemented everything she knew about their clan into Meian; and would spar with her son often to toughen him up. Together he and her lived in a seculeded lifestyle on the outskirts of Fire Country.

On the Eve of the Massacre, she'd strive to turn her son into an adult. One to be recognized by his clan.To do that she'd have teach him Katon . This would only result in failure as only a small ember of fire could escape from his lungs. She started to scold him a before realizing that "maybe fire isn't exactly his main affinity". Recalling the fact that her own was Wind, she decided train him on that one instead. The outcome was a success. Meian exhausted himself 'til the point he was left with a small portion of chakra in one attack that almost sliced a tree in half.

Elsewhere something terrible was about to take place. The mother very much sensative of Itachi's emotions, and chakra signature tucked Meian inside his bed before heading off to Konoha that night...

Meian tosses and turns on his grass filled mattress unable to sleep just moments after his mother takes off. He shows signs of foreseeing an omnious event taking place as he gets up and persues her in stealth.

However this notion also ends up being unsuccessful as the toddler struggles to catch up to her; she senses him and seeks him out. She scolds the inquisitive kid for a minute before picking him up and dashing off towards the Uchiha Compound.Once there she stows him away in a discrete position within the village; an empty crate.

She opposes Itachi to which he solemnly gives his lover an empty stare. Just as the deceased villagers on the ground below him are doing. She is puzzled by the unrecognizable man who tells her "I'm sorry"... as a small tear streak forms on his cheek. In a split-second later the boy
could see his father pierce his mother's skin with a small blade and plunge it through her heart as she falls against him. Once her body was slumped against his own; he flung her down onto the cold concrete sending her lifeless corpse tumbling across it. This act traumatized Meian for life causing him to well up with overflowing mixed emotions.

His 7yr old uncle Sasuke would soon experience seeing his father, Fukama lying stiff on
floor and mother, Mikoto slain in front his eyes. During that time Meian would flee the area before bumping into Danzo who was collecting Sharingan eyes...

Meian: *Thoughts rushing all throughout his mindframe* (My father's gone completely insane, He killed mom, maybe even grandma and grandpa...) Ooof!! Hey watch where your going. Danzo:What do we have here? *he notices a change in Meian's eyes* An Uchiha? (Looks like Itachi missed one...) He examines the kid who tries to face him in combat. The small child swings right to left as the man easily dodges by leaning left and right before chopping Meian behind his neck.

This ends up renduring him unconcious a fading voice telling Meian. "Your coming with me..."... He lifts the boy over his shoulder and shunshin's off.

Several Hours later Meian awakens in small dark room unable to see a thing in a base located beneath the Earth. His tiny body shackled to a wall in his cell. Two boys, identical twins forced to fight one another to the death. The winner by the name of Sai emerges victorious of the fatal battle. The young child couldn't comprehend the meaning of this event. As he watched it all take place. Through the thin walls he would hear muffled rumors of his father, and uncle being discussed by one familar voice, Danzo's. conversing with a strangers.

???: "Itachi has held up his end of the deal Danzo; now its time you kept your end of the bargain." Danzo: Madara I trust that you know me well. I'll fulfill my end and also ensure that no one knows you were truly behind what happened tonight. Madara: Well then I geuss were done here...*poof*

Meian sits awake in the room thinking to himself "...Madara, no mom told me that he lived long ago, there can be no way he's alive now. So there's no chance he can be the same man; What deal were they talking about just then?"

He lay there confused over the next 5 years, until he hit 12 years of age. He was in the
midst of a repitition of sit ups preparing for another fight. It was something he had to do in order to live and prove he was actually worth something. His past aquaintances had all seemed like inmates who taught him the ropes of place.They were supposed to be soulless, emotionless assassins by the time the "Root" was done. This spirit crushing process never made a break through in Meian. He was determined to get free and kill his father.

Another odd discussion was overheard that night. "Sir, as you know Itachi Uchiha had fallen before Sasuke Uchiha months ago... He is now on his way to Konoha to destroy you, the elders and the entire village"...

Danzo: Intriguing...*he leans over and whispers into the other speaker's ear*

Cryogenalize the other Uchiha that I have here, I may not return so save him for Kabuto, Orochimaru's old pupil...

~Ascending into the future...

The 12 year old boy continued his exercise until, he heard his cell become unlocked by a distinguishable 'clicking' noise. A second later a small senbon flew in and struck his neck. Meian's functioning systems were cut off by a swift accupunture maneuver. After he'd fallen asleep, the last thing the boy would be taken to be frozen for Danzo's return. This would never happen, because Danzo would later be actually killed by Sasuke. So Kabuto would be the next candidate to take over Meian's body. ...Kabuto never showed up as the Root were destroyed after Danzo's death. They boy lay forgotten for over 480 years.

~The 5-Tailed bijuu and the Village Hidden in Magma...[Summary]

Meian would awaken in an underground mining shaft after an exploration team went on an expedition where he was located. They drilled at what some rubble that clogged the area Meian's machine was still fortunately intact. One of them thought that Meian may have been a caveman from the past after learning he was no gigantic gem. The heatwaves from the volcano was getting to the poor guy. He'd be the one to release Meian from his imprisonment...

Meian's would blink his coal colored eyes a few times and cough, because the liquid nitrogen that kept him frozen as the miner would ask his name. Meian would struggle to recall his own name from the alotted amount of time that past by.

Meian would then reply to the man. The man would ask him how'd he get in that predicament? Then not before long a large quake beneath the earth would almost seal them and other explorers in, one of them triggering an ancient temple where the bijuu of light was imprisoned.The bijuu was about to wreak havoc on the village,until they came with the solution to make Meian the vessel.It was either let the foreigner deal with the curse or be doomed to suffer its wrath. After escaping a massive wake of lava and giant being of light, the villagers captured the bird and wasted no time implanting it into the pre-teen...
